  Happy Citi customer since 2008, first in MA, now here in FL. This branch is great! Got excellent service, even we had to wait a bit to meet our guy, but still, better outcome than expected (was there for a complicated transaction).
  
  Regarding some of the other comments on Citi in general, I personally never had an issue wiring money to other accounts, nationally or internationally, neither from the Internet bank of from a branch. I have had accounts in other of the major US banks and for me this is the one that has worked best - and the only one I keep now.
